Job Center and Employment Agency-funded programs in Berlin & Brandenburg

As a regional implementation partner, I support job seekers in Berlin and Brandenburg with career orientation, activation, and integration into the labor market.

In cooperation with the certified program provider YOUTH GLOBE Europe GmbH, I offer programs funded by the Job Center and Employment Agency that are free of charge for participants and individually tailored to their needs.

Who are these programs for?

The subsidized programs are aimed at people who are registered as job seekers with a job center or employment agency and need support with career (re)orientation or integration.

This includes, among others:

• adult job seekers
• people returning to work
• people with a migration or refugee background
• people in career transition phases

What is my role as an implementation partner?

I implement the programs on-site on behalf of the certified program provider YOUTH GLOBE Europe GmbH and provide participants with individual and practical support.

My role includes personal support, the content-related implementation of the program, and close coordination with the program provider and – if necessary – with the responsible job center or employment agency.

What characterizes the collaboration?

My many years of experience in HR consulting, interim management, and recruitment provide practical insights into supporting participants.

The focus is not on theoretical models, but on realistic perspectives, individual strengths analysis, and concrete next steps toward the job market.

Job Center-Funded Programs

The following programs are funded through an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) or comparable funding instruments and are free of charge for participants.

Participation is only possible after approval by the responsible job center or employment agency.

What to do?

Go to your contact person at the job center and request an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) or a placement voucher only. Bring this voucher to us. We can then assign you to a program that precisely matches your needs. The programs are conducted by qualified trainers at our facilities in Berlin-Johannisthal.
