Individualized Support for Stabilization and Professional Integration
You've started a new job and now need to find your way in a new environment. We'll help you with individual coaching tailored to your specific needs. You can come to us with any questions, concerns, or problems, and we'll help you master challenging situations. We have 48 teaching units (TU) available for this purpose.
Program Objective
The "Career Restart Support" program is designed for job seekers who are already undergoing a career change and require ongoing support. The goal is to stabilize progress, identify obstacles, and promote sustainable integration into the job market.
The focus is on individualized support during the transition from orientation to concrete implementation.
Content and Focus Areas
The program offers structured, personalized support and helps participants consistently pursue their career goals. The program includes:
- Support in achieving career goals
- Support in structuring daily life and planning next steps
- Reflection on challenges in the application or integration process
- Strengthening self-organization, motivation, and perseverance
The content is individually tailored to the situation and support needs of the participants.
Program Structure
At the beginning of the program, the current status of the career reorientation is analyzed together. Based on this, realistic goals are defined, and an individual support framework is established.
Throughout the program, participants receive continuous support through regular meetings to reflect on their progress and plan next steps. The goal is to provide long-term stability and support them in realizing their career goals. Support is tailored to individual needs and can be flexibly adapted to personal circumstances.
Role of Participants
The program is conducted in cooperation with the certified program provider YOUTH GLOBE Europe GmbH.
As the regional implementation partner, I personally and practically support the participants throughout the program.
Coordination with the program provider and – if necessary – with the responsible job center or employment agency is transparent and in accordance with funding regulations.
Participation and Funding
Participation in the program is only possible with funding from the job center or employment agency, for example, via an activation and placement voucher (AVGS).
There are no costs for participants.
Participation requires prior approval from the responsible job center or employment agency.

What do you need to do?
- See your personal advisor at the Job Center or the Federal Employment Agency
- Download our flyer and bring it with you to your appointment
- Request an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) for 48 teaching units (UE)
- Come to us with this voucher (AVGS) (it's best to make an appointment with us beforehand, so you won't come for nothing)
What do we need to do
- We accept the voucher, process it, and submit it to the job center
- As soon as we receive confirmation, we will contact you and we can begin the program
- We will implement the program with you and settle all billings with the job center
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't my contact at the job center find your company among the approved training providers?
You must have YOUTH GLOBE Europe GmbH from Dresden search for the company YOUTH GLOBE Europe GmbH with the Certificate number ZG4015. We authorize YOUTH GLOBE to conduct the certified programs in our premises and provide on-site support. Our premises have also been certified for these programs, but not directly by us, but by YOUTH GLOBE. It sounds a bit complicated, but it has the advantage that YOUTH GLOBE's highly successful programs can be offered not only in Saxony, but also here in Berlin.
What do I have to do if I don't receive an activation and placement voucher?
In such a case, please contact us and provide us with the contact details of your responsible caseworker. We'll be happy to contact the job center and try to clarify any questions you may have.
Does it cost me anything to participate in the program?
No, the program is funded through a voucher from the job center. YOUTH GLOBE bills the job center directly. This doesn't incur any costs for you.
